To reset your password for an existing account (you should do this if you already have a mobile account you wish to connect here and you do not remember the password for it), please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click the "Forgot your password" text on the sign in page for pro.hivetracks.com.
Step 2: Enter the email address tied to your existing account (NOTE: This email might be different from your normal email if you use a social login on mobile).
Step 3: Enter the code sent to that email and then reset the password.
