If you are a returning customer and already have a login for the HiveTracks app, you can open the app where you’ll be prompted to login. In addition, if you had an account with the Beekeeper's Companion app, your login from there should still work in the HiveTracks app. However, legacy app users will need to create a new account for the HiveTracks app.

Incorrect Email Address or Password
If you use more than one email address, please be sure you're attempting to login with the correct email address and your most up-to-date password.
Extra Space In Email Address
If you entered your email address correctly but are receiving an error message that the email address is invalid, please verify that there are no blank spaces after your email address. The system will think the space is a character and fail to recognize your email address
Click into the email field and delete any unnecessary blank spaces.
"User uses a provider sign in"
If you see this message, this means that the email you are using to login is linked to an account that uses either a Google or Facebook social login. However, you do have the option to reset the password for this account to login using the email tied to the social login (instead of using the social login itself).
