Filters in HiveTracks Pro help you quickly find what you’re looking for by narrowing down large sets of data. You’ll find different filter options across tabs, depending on what type of data you’re viewing.
Common Filtering Options
Most tables include:
- A search bar (e.g., search by name, hive, apiary, or person)
- A “last updated since” date picker
- A Download button for data export
- A Filters dropdown to apply more specific filters
Tab-Specific Filters
Apiaries, Hives, and Biodiversity Sites
You can:
- Search by apiary, hive name, or beekeeper
- Filter by last inspection date
- Use dropdown filters for:
- Inspection status (e.g., Not Inspected, Inspected with Issues)
- Pests (e.g., Wasps, Beetles)
- Diseases (e.g., Varroa Mites, Nosema)
- Other conditions (e.g., Low Population, Dead Hive)
To-Dos and Records
You can:
- Filter by activity type (e.g., Feed Bees, Harvest Honey, Winterize)
- Use due date and search by apiary/hive
People Tab
You can:
- Search by person or group name
- Filter by user role (e.g., Admin, Member)
- Filter by group affiliation
Groups Tab
You can:
- Search by group name
- Filter by apiaries, biodiversity sites, or members associated with each group
Map View
You can:
- Search by apiary or site name
- Filter by last updated date
- Use visual filter buttons for issues like:
- No Inspections
- Queenless
- Dead Hive
- Diseases/Pests
- Low Food Stores
Global Group Filter (Top Right Corner)
At any time, you can use the group filter at the top right of the screen to view only data related to a specific group. This filter applies across all tabs (Apiaries, To-Dos, Records, Map, etc.) and helps you focus on a particular organization, project, or collaboration group.
